But it is certainly related to the matriculation stuff.</description>

If you&#039;ve ever read a diploma, you&#039;ll notice some interesting wording:
This University,
&quot;confers&quot; upon so-and-so,
they have entered into the &quot;degree&quot; of Doctor of such-and-such,
it is hereby &quot;sealed&quot; by this University&#039;s seal.</description>
